What to Expect

Before your First Visit

After booking your New Guest service, you’ll receive emails over the next few days with answers to common questions, and ways to get the most out of your first visit, as well as my address with directions.

My goal is to make sure you feel confident, informed, and excited about your skincare journey. If you have any questions that come up in the meantime, you are always welcome to reach out to me! 

​The First Visit

We’ll start with filling out and reviewing skin history forms, taking foundational progress photos (because graceful aging is subtle), and talking through your skin goals, concerns, and current routine. From there, we will create a personalized plan that meets you where you are and sets you up for long-term results. I am all about empowering you with the knowledge and tools you need, creating a beautiful partnership from day one. I'm here for you!

 

Your facial will be fully customized to your skin’s needs that day, and I am always happy to answer any questions throughout your service, or if you prefer we can have a relaxing, quiet service. For all services other than the Rapid service you will change into a robe prior to beginning your facial.  Your comfort is a priority throughout your facial treatment- I have blankets, dimmable lighting, and music choices to fit your preferences.

Before you leave, we’ll go over the best next steps and book your follow-ups to keep your skin thriving.

After Goodbye

Most clients leave their facial with skin that feels refreshed and looks radiant. If you experience pinkness for redness following your service, don’t worry—it’s completely normal and typically fades within a day or less. My priority is ensuring you love both the look and feel of your skin both soon after your facial, as well as for the long-term!  I’ll send you home with aftercare guidance and a custom designed, simple routine recommendation to keep your skin glowing between visits.
